Better Communities = A Better World

What will the world look like as communities around the world place caring in a system of intentional positive relationships? Community Renewal has actualized a living model that systematically starts, grows and sustains a relational foundation upon which communities grow and flourish. As a result, representatives from over 200 cities have traveled to Shreveport-Bossier City, Louisiana to experience CRI’s model at work in this living laboratory. In response, a partnership between CRI and Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) created the Center for Community Renewal in early 2014. The Center will support the CRI model replication in cities around the world.

Among early CRI model replication communities are Cameroon, Africa, and the college campus of Texas Christian University. Replication is beginning in Minneapolis, MN; Washington, D.C.; and in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma where CRI Shawnee is a pilot for a nationwide template in community resilience.

We at CRI and the Center for Community Renewal are ready to assist you in replicating the model in your community and preparing you with new skills for a better community and better world. CRI’s model is a replicable, scalable, and sustainable paradigm shift in the way we think and actions we take for lasting positive change.

We welcome you to come and see, come and experience CRI.
